£30,785 - £34,538 per annum

Based at Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service Headquarters, Butterley Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire

This is a new role required to provide customer focused, central coordination and management of those aspects of the IT environment that support the business critical mobilisation system used by Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire Fire Services.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of working within a complex service delivery environment, following ITIL processes and preferably working across multiple sites/locations.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the provision of a reliable service, in line with agreed service levels, and for managing the on-going relationship between the three Fire Service Control Rooms and various internal and external service providers. This will involve the monitoring, reporting and delivery of agreed SLA’s, identification of improvement initiatives and coordination of all future upgrades and planned service changes. As a result, excellent time management and communication skills are imperative for this role.

There will be a requirement for some travel within Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire for which you will be entitled to use a pool vehicle or alternatively, mileage expenses will be paid for use of own vehicle.
