Purpose and objectives of the role
This company is looking for a dynamic, motivated Area Manager to work with the Directors at multi-site level, in a rapidly growing business that is investing in the trampoline park and leisure industry.

The role is multi-functional with a key focus of meeting and exceeding business targets.

You will be fully responsible and accountable for a portfolio of leisure facilities with a turnover upwards of £4 - 5m.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of managers to deliver outstanding quality and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to strategic initiatives
- Deliver successful financial and operational performance against targets
- Holding regular review meetings with staff in developing a proactive focus on quality, overheads, organisation and delivery
- Ensuring a high level of teamwork and cohesion between all levels of staff
- Demonstrating dynamic leadership to both the management team and the wider Boost team
- Recruiting a high calibre team
- Managing, motivating, inspiring and performance-managing your team
- Managing KPIs and overseeing compliance
- Delivering the highest levels of occupancy and yield across a varied range of activities
- Leading on providing the highest level of customer service
- Providing detailed budget reports to Directors
- Monitoring all costs to maximise efficiency
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are being carried out, including all operational safety checks, complying at all times with Health and Safety legislation and BSI standard

Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3 years multi-site experience at an area or regional management level
- Background in the leisure sector
- Evidence of a developing career with some longevity in roles
- Profit and loss experience
- Project management experience

Desirable
- Retail food experience
- Marketing or events experience

Qualifications and education
- Appropriate qualifications, preferably to degree level
