We are looking to recruit 2 x 'Client Managers' for the property arm of an investment fund. The role is based in Woking but with clients and projects throughout the UK, so this role will not only be office based and really need an autonomous individual.

The role is to work with and guide the client at an early stage to tease out their requirements for each of the properties. The projects are within the healthcare sector and the team would deliver mainly small to medium residential refurbishments and change of use from commercial to residential buildings for the social care sectors with special social needs.

The Client Manager would ensure these requirements are captured and form the project brief. They would also explain the refurbishment process and what the final product would be. Whilst the candidates may not need a huge amount of technical design knowledge, they do need to ask the right questions of the Care Operators to ensure the refurbishment that is delivered meets their needs. And to understand what the property can and can't achieve.

Ideally, the candidates will be:

  • A very good client facing communicators.
  • Come from a design or technical -building surveying bac kground.
  • This is a very astute role, the individual is the main point of contact to the client and instrumental in the full project process until handover back to the client.
