Sales & Admissions Advisor – International School
London, W2
Up to 30,000 Plus Benefits, including 5 Weeks’ Holiday + Bank Holidays

Ready to hit the ground running in an exciting, new role? Want to help drive the growth of a ground-breaking educational organisation? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your abilities and take on a fresh, new challenge.

Our client is a leading educational organisation that has created a network of institutions and connections that facilitate learning solutions for foreign students coming to the UK. They are now looking for two Sales & Admissions Advisors to join their team, either on a permanent basis or on a contract from mid-March 2018 to mid-August 2018.

Fostering a friendly, open and supportive environment, our client is dedicated to maintaining a culture of respect and understanding where their students can learn, progress and be happy.

As a Sales & Admissions Advisor, you will increase partnerships and sales of our client’s educational services to facilitate the ongoing success of their International Baccalaureate school.

You’ll maximise the long-term future of the school by identifying and developing relationships with partners, including nurseries, concierge services, embassies, adult learning schools and other local businesses.

Additionally, your duties will involve:

- Developing and testing new ideas for converting and identifying sales leads
- Tracking and analysing sales activity
- Maintaining open and positive relationships with customers
- Conducting school tours to potential students, parents and partners
- Updating students’ information on the database

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:

- At least three years’ sales experience, gained in a school and/or education environment
- A high level of IT skills
- An understanding of equal opportunities policies, and the impact that such a policy has on a class of students

Proactive and enthusiastic, a Sales & Admissions Advisor, you’ll need excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. You’ll also be able to build strong working relationships and effectively prioritise your workload.

Ideally, you’ll have experience gained within an independent school, but this is by no means essential. An enhanced DBS certificate would also be advantageous as would fluency in a second language, in addition to English.

Please note, this role is available both on a permanent or temporary basis. The temporary position is a contract lasting from mid-March 2018 to mid-August 2018.
