Account Executive

This company is one of the UK's longest established mystery shopping companies, working for a range of clients all over the United Kingdom and Ireland. they are currently looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly, dynamic, confident Account Executive to work directly with the Sales Director.

This role will involve:

- Ensuring that clients mystery shopping needs are met and surpassed on a regular basis.
- Attend face to face client meetings as well as regular email and phone calls with our clients.
- Producing and presenting results to boards of directors
- Mystery shopping, allocating mystery shopping jobs, liaising with our thousands of shoppers, proof reading and production of client ready reports.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- Very high standard of written and verbal English
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience with Word and Excel
- Team leader experience in a retail environment an advantage
- Be comfortable and confident presenting
- Be able to attend meeting with senior executives of blue chip companies all over the UK
