Maintenance Fitter

ABI (UK) Limited is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of Award-Winning Caravan Holiday Homes and Twin-Unit Homes.
Applications are invited for an experienced Maintenance Fitter. Duties will include the inspection, repair and maintenance of site machinery, plant, etc (this may involve liaising with external contractors), as well as fault finding and planned maintenance works.
To be considered for this position, you must have a strong engineering background and be fully competent in the repair of fork-lift trucks and the servicing and repair of machinery and pneumatic and electrical hand-tools, together with the ability to weld.
You will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced production environment. The ability to prioritise your workload and complete routine tasks accurately and with attention to detail is essential.
Hours of work will be Monday-Thursday, 7.00am-5.30pm (plus overtime as required).
