Position: Forklift Service Engineer

Salary: £27 - £30K Per annum. Dependant on experience

Unilift South Wales Ltd are a dealership for a range of new and used industrial forklifts and all terrain telehandlers. In addition to sales of equipment, the company offer short and long term hire, direct parts sales and an after sales service support department.From a centrally based administration depot in Swansea, service engineers cover a customer base throughout the South and West Wales area.

Providing on site servicing, testing and repairs on customers premises.

The applicant has to have a good basic mechanical engineering background.

Previous experience on Industrial forklift equipment would be preferred, although a background with commercial vehicles or construction plant equipment can be considered.

Training will be given, and specialist courses are provided.

Good communication skills are essential, to work between customers and company management. An ability to carry out regular completion of service reports,Describing work carried out, etc.

The successful candidate would be paid a very competitive basic salary, be provided with a company service vehicle, with mobile phone etc.

There are excellent longer term opportunities to progress into other roles within the company.
