I am currently recruiting for a placement and referrals officer within east London to work for a property development company.

After becoming successful within property development the directors fo the organization decided to give back and branched out into the care sector 2 years ago. They have several properties across east London, which are used as supported living services for young people.

Your main job role would involve you actively promoting, attaining, receiving and assessing referrals for void spaces within the companies properties

Due to the nature of this role we would need for you to have experience working with local authorities and young people, have a housing or social care qualification and a strong understanding of referrals.

In return to your commitment and dedication to this job role a salary of up to £45,000 is on offer along with other benefits, including annual leave, pension, professional and career development and much more.
