Salary: starting at £23,791 with annual increments to £24,964 plus an optional Call out Allowance, up to a maximum of circa £3,500 based on a rota

Location: Cheltenham

Employment type: Permanent

Benefits: 37 hour week, plus 0.5 contractual overtime per week. Hand tool allowance, 24 days annual leave (increasing to 29 days after 5 years), pension, childcare vouchers, health cash plan, vehicle for business use, power tools and uniform provided.

We are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Trades Operative to provide an effective and efficient multi trade repair, maintenance and replacement service to enable the delivery of Responsive Repairs.

For this role you will need to have experience of:

• Carrying out multi trade work.
• Be able to work effectively with customers, senior managers and colleagues.
• Working effectively in a team environment or under your own initiative.
• Be highly organised.

For this role, out of hours working may be necessary and you must hold a full clean driving licence.
