Customer Service Administrator needed to join the Customer Sales team at our head office in Milton Keynes.

You will:

- Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, emails and web requests.
- Be aware of available team resources and adjust work distribution accordingly.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Take incoming reception calls from the main line and transfer to appropriate staff.
- To provide front of house cover.

You will need:

- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Fantastic communication skills
- A great telephone manner
- Enthusiasm to learn and a good work ethic
