Due to continued successful work winning, we are seeking an experienced site supervisor to work on new build, alteration and refurbishment projects that can range from GBP50k to GBP250k mainly within a radius of 30 miles of Calne.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, the successful person will be responsible for the scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising of the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget, along with managing equipment and materials required.

Essential Qualifications:

NVQ trade qualification or equivalent
Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) qualification
First aid qualification - desirable

Excellent people skills with proven leadership qualities and ability to motivate others
Excellent communication, organisational, planning and time management skills
Proven people management skills, including the management of subcontractors.
