The HR Procurement Manager role will include:
* The ability to build and improve stakeholder relationships through the comprehension of stakeholder needs and requirements, then being able to offer solutions
* Work effectively towards project goals - taking responsibility for deadlines, roles and stakeholder communication
* Supporting the category manager in the category plan process, including: renewal of contracts, sourcing, terminations and dispute resolution
* Be responsible for managing employees across the procurement function
* Developing strong stakeholder relationships, leading to having the ability to influence key stakeholders
The following requirements for the HR Procurement Manager role are:
* Degree qualified/CIPS is advantageous but not essential
* A high level of experience in procurement - particularly in HR and contingent labour
* Experience in Financial services, professional services or any other related industries
* A good track record of delivering sourcing projects
* Experience of identifying, analysing and executing procurement projects
