Purchasing Administrator - new role based in Milton Keynes working for a non profit company.

Your new role
You will be providing administrative support to the procurement managers in regards to tender processes. Assist with the sourcing of supplies/services to meet specific requirements.Conducting market research to identify quality suppliers to meet customer needs. Arranging and managing events. Undertake market and financial data and spend gathering and analysis. Act as first point of contact for supplier queries as well as internal and external customers. Manage and update the provision of tender and project work plans.

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the level of security clearance, all applicants must be UK citizens.
Previous experience in a commercial procurement environment
IT literate - intermediate Microsoft Office level
Familiarity with Oracle or similar information system
Numerical and analytical skills
