The Dorset Golf & Country Club are looking for a full time enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef. The successful candidate must be capable of preparing and serving food to a high standard for our restaurant, clubhouse and various functions. They must also have the confidence and ability to lead the kitchen in the absence of the head chef i.e. whilst on holiday.
* Experience in stock management & environmental health regulations would be an advantage.
* 5 Days a week including weekends and evenings.
