Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for support workers based in the Watford area to join an established company.

Discovered almost 80 years ago the company provides a home within a supportive community environment for people of all abilities. The services cater to those with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, mental health, elderly and more.

The aim of your role will be to provide care and support to the residents and clients, supporting them to live as independently a life as possible.

Due to the nature of the role we would need for you to have experience working with vulnerable clients including those with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, mental health and the elderly. Be very enthusiastic, passionate, knowledgeable with CQC policies and be flexible to work on a rota.
