What you'll be doing as Digital Project Manager

Project Management:

+ Overseeing projects from brief through to completion with responsibility for budgeting, writing quotes and creating workflow schedules
+ Handling communication and management between client (and any 3rd parties) and the team in-house
+ Working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service (this is one of our USPs)
+ Liaising with developers working remotely/in-house, aiding in outlining project scope with excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to tactically and strategically manage projects whilst taking ownership of them
+ Writing functional spec documents, alongside the development team
+ Using Trello to assist in testing and bug reporting

Strategic Planning:

+ Getting involved with contributing ideas for winning new business and strategic planning for growth
+ Writing digital communications strategies for clients
+ Researching and identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams

Creative / Pitch:

+ Creative thinking, problem-solving and brainstorming
+ Attending client meetings to discuss their goals and ideas
+ Be confident to aid pitch presentations at Director/ Board level

Social Media:

+ Writing blogs on the company website
+ Actively promoting the company’s social media accounts and growing online presence
+ Content amends to client websites using a Content Management System
+ Adding / editing content using Google Webmaster tools to enhance SEO (training will be given as necessary)

PPC Management (indirectly):

+ Working with our PPC strategist to oversee campaigns on a top level (training will be given as necessary)
+ Confidence reporting results back to clients and explaining the data
+ Writing PPC strategies based on our in-house template and approach

The ideal Digital Project Manager would: 

+ Have current digital project management experience
