- Ensure smooth running of the allocated accounts and contribute towards new business pitches and proposals
THE ROLE
- You are responsible for consulting with clients about campaign requirements and objectives
- Ensuring that contact reports, status reports, fee documents and other client administrative tasks are completed and supplied on time
- Make pitches, along with other staff to try to win new business for the agency
- Preparing creative content for presentation
- Agreeing timescales and budgets
- Proof-reading, testing and checking work
THE LIKE-MIND
- Previous agency experience would be beneficial or working in a fast based In house marketing environment
- Confident in delivering presentations and in status meetings being able to update the necessary parties
- Experience of CRM is a must
- Experience of Email Marketing is a must
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting
