HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Brief summary of the primary job purpose.
- Ensure an appropriate programme is developed and implemented that will achieve the business’s operational objectives.
- Oversee customer service departments and ensure they are meeting customer satisfaction goals.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Usually defined as a sequence of activities and / or functions.

- Produce and deliver against an agreed plan and budget.
