Right now Richmond Fellowship are looking to recruit a diverse staff team supporting and delivering Mental Health Wellbeing and Recovery services across Leicester City, Oadby & Wigston and Blaby areas.

Your challenge? To promote social inclusion, independence, self -esteem and well being services by supporting individuals to identify and achieve their goals accessing a range of activities within the wider community. There are three elements to our service provision Information, advice and navigation and community recovery services. You will manage your own caseload providing each individual with their own needs and risk assessment and safety management plan. Working with and alongside partner agencies and others to ensure access to services for the people we support will be integral to the job role.

As well as a good understanding of mental illness, you’ll need some experience of working with mental health services (or transferable skills from a related field). We’ll be looking for the ability to prioritise a busy workload, work well within a team and motivate and inspire others too. Proficient using office IT and willing to work some weekends and evenings, you also have the communication skills it takes to liaise effectively with a wide range of organisations and individuals.

*Subsequent salary progression up to a maximum of £16,320 will apply to this post, subject to the postholder meeting the eligibility and performance criteria.
