Quality Systems Co-ordinator

Contract Type: Temporary

Salary around £20,000

Job Elements: -

·Day to day co-ordination of activities relating to ISO and other standards, document writing, review and editing. Maintenance of Quality Management Systems & Security of Information Systems/Development of, Information Security and Continuous Improvement.

·Will be responsible for the administration of documentation relating to company standards in line with the overall Company strategy. These may include, but will not be limited to ISO Standards, GDPR & ITIL

·Prince 2

·Compliance to all relevant UK, EU and global legislation, regulations and guidelines.

·Ensure the development and processes of procedures with department managers to ensure that there is continuous improvement in all company operations and that waste is minimised.

·To maintain compliance with ISO27001 and P2Pe implementation, policies, standards and guidelines.

·To act as the project Co-ordinator for GDPR related activities, working with Senior stakeholders to deliver the project.

The ideal candidate will have:

·High level of computer literacy skills

·Effective communication skills both verbal and written especially in order to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation

·The ability to audit and provide evidence of the organisation’s compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements

·Knowledge of UK Data Protection Act/GDPR legislation

·Competency within a Quality Systems environment

·ISO audit or compliance experience – skills/experience to support and feed into the management team, as well as being able to lead by example

·Formal quality management qualification – for example an IRCA qualification or similar

·Experience of using “Microsoft Office” programmes
