Logistics Planning / Admin Assistant
Albany Products Ltd are a UK / Export Wholesale business established 20 years ago. We have a dedicated small team based in modern offices close to Rochdale town centre. We are looking for a motivated and driven person to join our team as Logistics Planning / Admin Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for progression within a fast moving company.
As part of this role your responsibilities will include liaising with the Albany team members, Logistics companies and suppliers, in verbal and written communication. The production of regular weekly / monthly reports as required. Dealing with day to day Logistics / Stock Control issues as they arise to a satisfactory conclusion and any other general Logistics / admin duties as required.
The successful candidate must be able to display Drive, Enthusiasm, Flexibility, Reliability, and Accuracy of detail. Additionally you should also be able to display an ability to adapt to in-house bespoke computer systems and an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and the associated programs. Some knowledge of the Logistics industry would be beneficial but not necessary.
Normal Hours of Work will be Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30.
