A small, innovative engineering company involved in the energy saving market is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated part-time Accounts/Office Administrator, reporting to the Managing Director. 

The company is based near to Bristol City Centre, in modern offices refurbished to a high specification, and close to the major shopping areas.

Job Role

  • Invoicing and Credit Control
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Payroll
  • File Maintenance
  • Monthly Expenses
  • Linking with field base staff
  • General office duties

Requirements

  • Experience of SAGE (accounts & payroll) software
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Hours

Part-time 18 hours per week – over 3 days.  This may increase in time as the role develops.
