Salary : £29,799 - £38,833

To manage the Direct Works Labour Force service provision to deliver a proactive, cost effective, safe, and efficient customer focused building and engineering maintenance service to the university.

You will have practical experience in electrical, mechanical or building fabric maintenance, improvement and repair.

You will possess a minimum of a HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline and will have post qualification experience at a supervisory level in a similar multi- disciplined environment.

You should have proven administrative and organisational ability together with the supervisory and management skills. These are essential attributes to develop the Service and enhance the customer oriented services provided.

You will be required to work as part of a team with a strong emphasis on customer focus.
