Food and Beverage Manager (Suffolk, Circa 30k)

Duties of the role but not limited to:

Waiting on tables, working on the bar, preparing drinks, setting rooms to the required layout for functions; as well as wine recommendations, cocktails, food service, cash-handling, use of electronic till system, and stock duties, producing rotas that meet the business, all whilst managing and leading a team.

What our client is looking for:

• Minimum two years experience within a similar role
• Due to the rural location, own transport will be required however for the probation period live in accommodation can be arranged.
• Organised and methodical
• Well presented, polite and friendly with excellent communication skills
• Have a flexible and adaptable attitude and be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
