Our client is recruiting for a Sous Chef that has experience with conference and events.
They are looking for someone that can lead by setting an example, walk the walk, open and honest communication, integrity, respect and care for each other, the beautiful property and their guests.

Duties of the role but not limited to:
- To assist in the day to day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
- To maintain food standards and quality procedures set out in the food manual
- To supervise in the preparation and presentation of buffet or any part of wedding preparation
- To cover Head Chef's role as and when required for holidays and sickness
- Any other kitchen duties as and when required
- Strict adherence to company health and safety policies and procedures
- Any other duties as specified by your Line Manager or Director

What our client is looking for:
- Minimum two years experience as a Sous Chef
- Due to the rural location, own transport will be required however for the probation period live in accommodation can be arranged.
- Organised and methodical
- Well presented, polite and friendly with excellent communication skills
- Have a flexible and adaptable attitude and be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
