Group Finance Director

Harris Hill are recruiting for a Strategic Group Finance Director, for this well-established environmental charity based in Northampton

This position works closely with the Chief Executive and is part of the senior management team. This involves you providing input to strategy development from a financial and commercial perspective and help lead its implementation.

You will lead on the overall financial management, business analysis and reporting of the Group, ensuring ongoing viability and a secure financial future in line with the organisation's charitable status, mission and values are met.

The position manages the finance function, supporting the Financial Controller to produce accurate and timely financial services across the Group, including setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management and financial accounts, audit and advice and support to inform decision making at all levels

You will also line manage and be responsible for the finance function and the commercial contracts/compliance and ICT functions.
