DESCRIPTION

Working closely with the wider resourcing team and the Lead Resourcing Business Partners, you will be responsible for delivering end to end recruitment support across your designated business areas.

You will build strong relationships with key senior stakeholders and HR Business Partners across the business to create and implement bespoke recruitment strategies aimed at identifying relevant and high-quality candidates for current and future roles at Dixons Carphone.

You will

  • Develop and deliver the functional end to end direct sourcing strategy for a defined client group and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate high quality service delivery aligned to the strategic objectives of the resourcing Centre of Excellence; know and deliver best practice
  • Work in partnership with HRBPs and line managers; develop and maintain effective resourcing 'account plans' to meet current and future resourcing needs for defined functional business area
  • Utilise fully all relevant recruitment systems and associated technology to support productivity and reporting of relevant management information
  • Know and apply a comprehensive range of candidate attraction, assessment and selection methods to identify, assess and select high quality internal and external talent
  • Carry out Market Mapping and develop candidate talentpools where required
  • Champion employer brand initiatives through the recruitment lifecycle and contribute to the broader Resourcing Centre of Excellence brand strategy; act as brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders
  • Avoid the use of 3rd party resourcing partners in favour of direct sourcing methodologies. Manage 3rd parties and function SLA where required
  • Provide market insight and intelligence to evolve and shape the resourcing plan for a defined client group and contribute to the strategic objectives of the Resourcing Centre of Excellence
  • Take ownership of and ensure compliance through each stage of the recruitment process
  • Advise, coach and develop more junior members of the team, taking direct line management responsibility where necessary.
  • Attend Open days and recruitment talent fairs to engage future talent and promote company brand.
  • Lead and develop recruitment projects to support delivery and attraction strategies where appropriate

You will have

  • Expert knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies that underpin the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and proven ability to apply them to deliver positive outcomes
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working within an in-house resourcing function within a complex and dynamic operating environment
  • Prior experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on negotiating and influencing to senior level both internal and external to the organisation
  • The ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Good commercial awareness
