Your new role
As the HR Generalist, you will be required to perform in a variety of different tasks. You will be the first point of contact for HR issues and you will be required to give an in depth HR consultation with people at various sites, travelling across the UK. You will assist in the resourcing and recruitment of new talent as well as performing the generalist HR Administration.
You may also be involved in recruitment around TUPE of up to 40 people and may be taking queries in relation to TUPE. You will also help develop things such as T&C's and get involved in numerous projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have their own vehicle however a hire car could potentially be provided as well as all expenses on travel claimed back. The role will require quite a bit of travel to the different sites and so the successful candidate must be willing to travel.
You should have experience in a HR generalist role previously and have experience delivering consultations. The successful candidate will have experience working at an advisory level and have the knowledge and experience of delivering complex advise on a daily basis. You will also have had experience in the resourcing and recruitment process, restructures and of dealing with TUPE.
Experience would be in an industrial, logistics, construction or manufacturing industry would be preferable as would working with SAP.
