Maintenance Technician - Derby College

We are looking for an exceptional technician to join our busy maintenance team and provide maintenance support across all College campuses.

You will assist with the maintenance, upkeep and refurbishment of the College's estate, premises and contents as well as complete planned, reactive and proactive remedial works in line with an agreed maintenance schedule.

The successful applicant will hold a relevant building trade or professional qualification or will have suitable, relevant maintenance experience in a work setting, and will have a good working knowledge of building operations and maintenance. as well as excellent practical and creative skills. The ability to work on your own initiative and be responsive to changing needs, developments and demands are also essential to this role.
