Head of Accounts Receivable

Head of Accounts Receivable Sthree are currently seeking a Head of Accounts Receivable to join their team in Glasgow. If you have experience in Global currencies and managing a large team this may be for you. What will you be doing? As the Head of Accounts Receivable you will oversee the business financial processes for the function. You will control all activities across Credit Control, Risk, Billing and Sales Ledger teams which handles the company's generated income. You will also manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of the Company's accounts receivable cycle through design, implementation, maintenance and management of all accounts receivable business functions and procedures for the Accounts Receivable collection process You will work with all staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed, received and allocated correctly and in a timely fashion. What skills/experience should you have? Management of 145m AR function including credit collection, Bad debt and DSO processes Responsible for Global billing and monitoring the order to cash systems & process. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Deliver improvements in cash collections and set targets Produce reporting of KPIs as agreed. Enhance and drive reporting for management on operational activities including collections, provisions, targets, ageing, key clients and days outstanding Oversees the month end close activities Who will you be working for?
