An exciting opportunity has arisen with our clients in Real Estate based in Glasgow. Our client deals with various Insurers and Brokers, you will be supporting our clients customers in the event of an insurance claim affecting their property.

You will be responsible for owning your own case loads and dealing with customers claims both from a Commercial and Domestic background. You will be seeing cases through to completion and liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and surveyors as well as the client at the same time providing excellent customer service at the same time.

Requirements:

Solid experience in household commercial property claims

Excellent customer service skills

Inbound call experience

Proven ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Excellent telephone manner

Accurate keyboard skills

IT literacy

Full Time hours , Flexible to work additional hours if required on weekends
