JOB DESCRIPTION
Currently looking for a medical receptionist to join the team in the heart of central London. As a receptionist you will be required to welcome patients, check in and check out patients, deal to all phone and email enquiries, sell supplements, and also could potentially be required to deal with diary management when and if required.
PROFILE
Candidates must be:
- Proactive
- Outgoing
- Confident
- They will be the face of the clinic dealing with very high profile clients.
- Customer service experience is a bonus so is secretarial experience.
- Polished etiquette.
- Very well spoken English is a must.
- Knowledge of Pabau is a bonus.
