Temp to Perm - Customer Service Advisor
Immediate start next week
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 5
Your duties will include managing customer orders via phone, email and instant chat, you will be the first point of contact for all customers, you will review and process orders, identify any errors and amend accordingly and advise customers on the products that the company offers.
Ideally you will have worked within a similar role previously where you have taken and processed orders however this is not essential. Ideally you will have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and via email and be a team player that is flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
