We are seeking a Passionate and Dedicated Registered Estates Manager to lead and motivate a team.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for performance, who will strive to ensure that Home Owners flourish in a vibrant and caring community. The Estate Manager will work together with our parent companies to fulfil visions to enhance the lives of a retirement community.
As the Registered Estates Manager you will taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the Assisted Living development, you will lead, direct, supervise and support staff teams working within the Assisted Living development in providing a range of services which can respond flexibly to the needs of individual residents, manage the promotion of domiciliary care services to residents of the development and potentially in the locality.
Ideally you will have a proactive approach to self-development, ensuring you are able to support the business as they change & grow.
You will need to hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent, hold Registered Manager experience and Housing Management experience would be desirable.
This is a full time position with a salary of £30,500 with excellent benefits.
