PCSS Case Administrator

Role Purpose:

To ensure that individual clients’ records on Proclaim are inputted correctly, together with solicitor’s details so that the system is contains the correct data at all times.

To carry out general administrative duties.

Relationships

Line manager:  Head of Pure Claims Support Services

Colleagues:  Case Handlers (litigation funding administrators), Account Reconcilers/Credit control.

Duties:

  1. Receive incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed correctly.
  2. Process Solicitors funding applications on to Proclaim ensuring that all information is correctly inputting
  3. Ensuring that if any funding applications are not complete that these are escalated to the appropriate solicitor’s and the complete information is obtained before it is imputed on to the system.
  4. Taking phone calls and ensuring that they are passed on to the correct case handling.
  5. Ensuring that any paperwork, such as CCA’s CFA’s ID documents are scanning onto the system and attached to the client’s case.
  6. Dealing with any outgoing post
