JOB TITLE: Various - Senior Estimator / Surveyor / Estimator
LOCATION: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire - Based at the company's Head Office in Huddersfield, though travel to sites on occasions will be necessary
SALARY & BENEFITS: Senior Estimator salary GBP55,000-GBP60,000 per annum plus bonus, car allowance and pension - Estimator salary excellent competitive salary dependent on previous skills & experience
WORKING HOURS: Based on a 37 and a half hour working week but extra hours will be required as the job dictates
THE COMPANY: Interiors UK are a premium shop fitting company highly regarded in their sector with many repeat, well known national clients such as Alchemist, Five Guy's, Frankie & Benny's plus many more.
Are you an experienced Senior Estimator / Surveyor working within the Interior fit out sector?
Or an Estimator looking to develop and progress with a leading company?
THE ROLE: Experience in high quality shopfitting with great communication skills required to work in a team managing upwards of 30 million turnover. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director the role of the Senior Estimator / Surveyor / Estimators will include producing competitive tenders to our various clients, predominantly in the restaurant sector and then under take surveyor duties on successful tenders.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be a well organised and methodical individual who can work under pressure to ensure that all deadlines are met whilst still being able to pay attention to the smallest of detail. Serious career opportunities are available to the ideal candidate.
Key experience essential for the role of Senior Estimator / Surveyor / Estimators based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire:
Will have previous experience in a similar role or environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
Must live within commutable didtance to Huddersfield, Wesy Yorkshire
Must have valid UK Driving Licene as will involve travel
