Brook Street is currently recruiting 10 agents to join a team in Telford providing first line I. support to HMRC staff.
This is a full time position, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Following an interview you will undergo a comprehensive class room based training programme.
Post training your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a professional and helpful character
Diagnosing and repairing users issues
Logging information accurately and as precisely as possible
Delivering a high quality of service to callers
Flexible and able to adapt to any situation
Daily duties include:
Provide 1st line support on all incoming incidents, either phone calls, web chat or email.
Attend team meetings
No I. experience necessary although customer service experience is desirable.
Initially the role is for 6 months on a temporary contract with Brook Street before transferring to a permanent or fixed term contract with HMRC.
