Administration- Design & Manufacturers-
My client are a design & manufacturing company making state of the art furniture with offices in two locations. We are currently looking for an organised Administrator to join their growing team in their West London studio. this is a customer facing administration position and so a great customer service manner is essential and a flexible approach to helping the senior management team with various tasks.
Your key responsibilities will entail:-
- Dealing with suppliers, customers and colleagues via phone & email.
- Helping to organise and answer sales enquiries alongside the senior designer.
- Administrative & diary support to the senior management team.
- Working with designers to oversee the ordering process of raw materials etc.
- Ensure that all deliveries are booked, organised and confirmed with the client.
- Assist with organising invoices, following up on the external supply chain, reconciliation of delivery notes and invoices.
- Ensure that there is good communication with the customer throughout the design and supply process.
- Work with the project manager & installation team to organise project completion.
- Providing a great customer service experience and contacting customers with product feedback.
The Ideal candidate will have:-
- Strong experience within an administration post.
- Experience of working within a customer facing company.
- Supporting a design and/or sales team.
- Finance and process management experience.
- Experience of using software packages for administration.
Key skills to possess:-
- Articulate individual with excellent written English with a confident ability to communicate.
- Numerate literate.
- Have a broad understanding of ordering and invoice processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Work on your own initiative.
- Take on ownership of tasks.
- A competent IT user.
- Good time management skills.
Minimum experience:-
- 2 (two) year's experience within an administration position.
