Are you a Registered Manager or and experienced Deputy within Residential Care for Older People?
you will be working for a reputable and well established organisation that specialises in care across the entire social care sector.
You will be a knowledgeable, hands on and care focused individual with an exceptional technical and practical knowledge of all the working elements to running a successful care home that delivers the highest standards of care to its residents and creates an environment where the staff look forward to coming into work!

It is essential that you hold an NVQ Leve 5 in Care Leadership alongside significant experience and knowledge of managing a Residential Care Home
