A TLR 2 to co-ordinate SEN provision or Stretch and Challenge (G&T) provision within the school is also available for candidates with appropriate experience.

The Governors and Principal of Ron Dearing University Technical College (UTC) seek two full-time Science Teachers and one 0.6 FTE equivalent Science Teacher to teach Biology, Chemistry or Physics to GCSE and A Level and Combined Science to GCSE in our progressive new school from September 2018.

Ron Dearing UTC is a brand new school for 14-19 year olds which opened in Hull city centre in September 2017.

Working in close partnership with The University of Hull and the region’s leading employers we aim to revolutionise the education system in the UK by offering our students a totally unique way to learn.  We provide a high quality education to ensure our students acquire the academic and professional qualifications and the personal and employability skills they need to give them the edge in our rapidly evolving digital world.  Our specialisms are Digital Technology and Engineering.  The sciences are among the most high-profile and important subjects in our curriculum, both within our specialisms and as subjects in their own right.
