Care Worker / Assistants - Portsmouth- circa £19,500 pa, Drivers AND walkers, 45p per mile, PAID training

We are a premier domiciliary care company based in Portsmouth looking for enthusiastic home carers to join our ever growing team, on a full time or part time shift basis, where walkers and drivers are both welcome. We offer shift work 7am-2pm or 2pm-9pm OR both, you can do as many or as little of these shifts as you like to make up your desired hours. 

The Role 
At Enthuse Care we make it possible for people who need care or support to maintain independence in the comfort of their own home. You will support our clients with everyday tasks such as getting into and out of bed, washing, bathing and dressing, preparing food, prompting medication, home help and running errands such as shopping and cleaning and most importantly providing companionship. Each visit typically lasts 30 minutes to a few hours and your rota will consist of a round – a cluster of clients in order to maintain an enjoyable working day without the hustle of travel. 

Pay 
We offer excellent remuneration package equivalent to £9.25 per hour including paid holiday, pension PLUS 45p per mile for drivers on top of that. 
A chance to earn more through progression- Senior Carers £9.50ph and Supervisors £9.75ph. 
We also offer contracted hours once probation is completed. 

Training 
No experience is needed as a FULLY funded bespoke training scheme is provided. 
We work in partnership with Eastleigh College who will encourage and support you to achieve your QCF Level 2,3+ in Health and Social Care. Throughout employment you will also complete a variety of VRQ short courses enabling you to constantly develop your skills as part of your Continuing Professional Development. Internal progression is pushed and encouraged.
