This company is growing quickly. They need help keeping up with the demands being placed on the HR and Office Management functions. They are looking for a highly organised HR and Office Manager to join their passionate and caring team, and it is vital that this person embraces change and has a positive attitude to challenges.

Working with the Business Operations Manager, this person will be responsible for onboarding employees, maintaining employee records, organising training, data entry for payroll, and future planning for the company. This role also involves some office administration tasks such as ordering office and facilities supplies and liaising with the cleaning staff to ensure a clean, healthy environment for all staff.

Over time the role will evolve by taking on more senior HR duties/responsibilities. This role has direct contact with all members of staff including the Directors.

Experience:
- Minimum of CIPD Level 3 certification is essential
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration is essential
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in office administration is essential
- Skills in using Microsoft Office Suite is essential

Working life:
- Salary package up to £30K
- Company pension scheme
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Holiday entitlement: 20 days (increasing up to 25 days after 5 years of service) plus 8 public holidays
- Place of work: Leyton, E10
