Are you passionate and knowledgeable about Mental Health with a proven background in Residential Social Care for Children and Young People?
OR
Do have a strong knowledge of Mental Health and WANT to move into residential childcare in order to use your knowledge to help improve the lives of those in need?
Working for an organisation with a huge presence and a fantastic reputation in the North West you will be based in Bolton with excellent links to Manchester, Cheshire, Stockport, Trafford and Salford and will be given dedicated mentoring and training in order to grow your ongoing personal and professional development.
This is a residential support worker role with a difference. In this role you will take a therapeutic and pro-active approach to every young persons care. You will develop a strong understanding of each individual and will forge long lasting bonds as you guide and support them during their time in your care.
You will be a naturally caring and compassionate person with a true passion and patience for helping others in times of crisis. You will have a genuine interest in mental health with a desire to continue to develop in grow your knowledge of the field.
This role will give you the opportunity to work and learn alongside trained medical professionals within the field of Psychology and Mental Health and your ambition will be the only limit on how much you can grow.
It is absolutely essential that you have a truly caring personality alongside proven experience working in the field of mental health as a support worker.
You Must be a driver with a full driving license in order to apply for this role.

This is a two stage interview process with the second stage involving an opportunity to meet the young people and staff that you will be working with in order to truly show off your talents and personality.
