This company is looking for a highly driven New Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing successful sales team, based in the heart of Manchester city centre. You will bring passion, drive and exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven hunter track record. Initial Duties & Responsibilities:
- New Business Development through proactive outbound effort & targeting your existing financial sector contacts.
- Effectively developing a pipeline of leads
- Effective development of those leads into opportunities, and opportunities into clients.
- Salesforce reporting and usage - ensuring all information in Salesforce is correct and up to date and their lead generation and qualification processes are followed
- Capable of managing a pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Maintaining good communication with sales team to optimize deal closure
- Strive to hit and exceed given targets and KPIs
- Product knowledge - you must develop your understanding of the full range of products (training will be provided)
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Attention to details and accuracy whilst meeting tight deadlines
- Research and build new contacts and customers within defined markets
- Accurate sales forecasting
Ongoing Development:
- After initial training and orientation, the candidate will be expected to plan and implement tactics to reach a direct sales quota.
- Full training will be given on our consultative sales methodology, the candidate will be supported every step of the way as they take responsibility for the entire sales cycle.

About you:
- Educated to a degree level with strong academic results (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum of one (1) years proven sales results with a record of achievement as a hunter.
- Sales experience in business-to-business environment
- Record of exceptional achievement in exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success
- positive attitude towards life with a mind-set where you seize the day and take initiatives
