Basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience. Performance related bonus applicable after probationary period.

An on-line gaming company with offices in Manchester is looking for Customer Service / Support Executives.

You will engage with UK based customers and increase positive contact volumes. This involves building relationships with their customers, whilst working internally with their marketing department.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, personally managing their accounts and acting as a personal point of contact
- Handling chat, phone calls, emails via the internal systems
- Handling and escalating issues appropriately
- Account reviews - supported by your Team Leader
- Plus, ad-hoc retention duties
