Setter/Operators for the following machines: -
CNC 5-Axis Machining Centres - Heidenhain Control
CNC Horizontal Machining Centres - Fanuc based controls,
CNC Vertical Machining Centre- Heidenhain and Fanuc Controls,
Rotating double days based on 6 - 2; 2 - 10 principle.
Ideally experienced in machining of large engine components (Cylinder heads, Con Rods, etc.) to micron tolerances. Programming capability would be an advantage.
Essential for both Roles -
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship
- Capable of reading engineering drawings and using measuring equipment to inspect component parts.
- Pay rates competitive and based upon experience and capabilities.
