This company is one of the leading tipi hire companies in the UK and is based in the Midlands. They hire out large linkable tipi structures, mainly for weddings, private parties and corporate events. Most of their events are in the Midlands area, though they do at times travel further afield.

They are currently recruiting for senior team members to join their successful tipi building teams. You would be working on rental jobs, both erecting and dismantling the tipis and as senior crew would need to take initiative and to help with shaping and leading the team.

You would also be involved in the loading of vehicles, traveling to site, erecting, and then later dismantling the amazing tipis, furnishing them and finally carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks at the warehouse.

The company has built up an excellent reputation for customer care and all crew are expected to work hard and take a pride in what they do. That said, while the work is hard, it is very satisfying as teams work outside, in the fresh air and very often in some beautiful areas of the countryside.

They Senior crew member needs to meet the following criteria:

Essential
- Full Driving License
- Within under an hour's drive of WS9 (Aldridge)
- Physically fit and strong
- Good Communication Skills
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Eligible to work in the UK

Desirable
- Own transport
- Previous experience within a similar tipi or marquee role
- Experience of leading a team
- B&E driving license
- Experience of working outdoors (or an interest to work outside) whatever the weather

You do not need any previous experience of working with tipis as full training will be given, however to have previous experience in the marquee industry would be an advantage.

The job offers plenty of hours of work throughout the season which runs from March to the end of October. There would be some weekend work. Employees days start early and can be long (sometimes up to 12 hours) so the job is not suitable for people who want a normal 9-5 type of job. However if you're willing to work the hours you will be rewarded with a satisfying job working as part of a close knit, fun team of people.
