As the Service Delivery Manager, you will effectively manage and co-ordinate staff and resources to support the successful delivery of security services throughout Exeter and Plymouth. 

In this key role, you’ll ensure that customer and company standards are met by proactively managing staffing levels and ensuring that Protective Services Officers remain engaged in their roles. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Allocate resources in-line with statutory and company standards 
- Ensure that all sites within your region are appropriately staffed 
- Manage recruitment activities within your region 
- Ensure that employees have the training they need to deliver a first-class service 
- Carry out quality assurance checks and site audits 
- Make sure that assignment instructions, site documentation and risk assessments are up-to-date 
- Help to retain customers by maintaining excellent levels of service 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Customer service experience 
- Peopled-focused management experience 
- A good level of IT literacy, including MS Office 
- An SIA licence 

Organised and calm under pressure, as the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll perform all tasks with integrity and a people-oriented approach. You must also be a concise communicator who can motivate and empower others. 

A full, clean driving licence would be beneficial to your application, as would IOSH training and/or experience. Experience of portfolio or risk management would also be advantageous.
