Do you want to work for a fun call centre in Middleton as a Call Centre Sales Advisor? It has a great working environment, excellent training and is a really fun place to work. Call Centre or Customer Service Advisor experience is not essential for this role - we would love to speak to people with great Sales or ustomer Service experience gained in any customer facing environment.

The Sales Advisor Role: As a Call Centre Sales Advisor, you will work as part of a busy team speaking to the customers of one leading mobile phone companies in the UK, providing them with excellent levels of customer service and cross selling and upselling new products and services.

All calls are made to existing customers and there is NO COLD CALLING in this role.

About You: We are looking for people with some customer service experience but this doesn't have to have been gained in a call centre environment. However, you must genuinely want to work in a call centre, be outgoing and confident and be keen to learn and develop yourself. You will also have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and be driven to hit targets and earn bonuses.

The Package:
* £16,500 + £500-£800 per month uncapped bonus
* Shift pattern covering 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri (NO WEEKENDS)
* 28 days holiday

The call centre is based in Middleton and there is parking available onsite.
