My clients based in LE2 are looking for a confident sales co-ordinator to join their established, dynamic team. The company are very unique and have a great reputation within their industry. The working environment is very fast paced and exciting.
For this full-time position, the ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a team and be able to manage their own time to meet deadlines and targets.
Requirements:
- A background within sales and administration is essential for this role; experience of a marketing environment is advantageous.
- The ability to handle and overcome objections to influence and close.
- The ability to work under pressure and to targets
- The ability to prioritise work load and self-motivate.
- Organised with a good attention to detail is essential.
- Clear, concise communication skills at all levels.
- The ability to learn new skills quickly would be a valuable attribute.
- Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
The Role:
- Following up enquiries.
- Supporting and working closely with the marketing team to meet customer targets.
- Keeping the company database up-to-date with enquiries and current customers.
- Building relationships with potential and existing customers.
£16,000 plus commission (implemented after probation period)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Free onsite parking
Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm, occasional weekend work.
